The problem

Several vendors, one station.

Station equipment was arriving from different suppliers, and the control and electrical scope was split between them. Compressor trips were hard to diagnose, and the station manager had no single view of pressure and machine status.

What we did

  • Designed and built the station control panels — control, power and changeover.
  • Carried out site wiring and cable management for the compressor and dispenser areas.
  • Programmed compressor sequencing, priority and trip logic with a clear alarm schedule.
  • Commissioned the station and handed over drawings, I/O lists and cause-and-effect.
  • Added Ayvarn SCADA so pressure and machine status are visible on the manager's phone.

The result

One handover, one point of call.

The station now has a documented control system, recorded trip history, and a live view of storage pressure that doesn't depend on someone walking to the panel. When a compressor stops, the cause is in the alarm history rather than in a conversation.
