The problem

The spec was strict; the site was remote.

Pump and skid equipment needed reliable measurement and clear interlocks, with documentation that matched the client's review process. Site access was limited, so anything that could be tested and proven before dispatch had to be.

What we did

Reviewed the control philosophy and cause-and-effect against the project specification.
Built and tested control panels in the workshop before shipment.
Installed and terminated instrumentation for pressure, flow, level and motor protection.
Commissioned with loop checks and recorded results.
Delivered the handover documentation in the format the client required.

The result

Fewer surprises at commissioning.

Because the panels and logic were proven before dispatch, the site work concentrated on installation and loop checks rather than rework. The client received a complete, reviewable documentation set at handover.
